To receive your order before Christmas, here is a list of suggested ordering deadline dates for Holidays 2012*.

Canada Post Expedited Parcel: Prior to December 8th
Purolator Ground: Prior to December 12th
Canada Post Xpresspost: Prior to December 17th
Canada Post Priority: Prior to December 18th
Purolator Express®: Prior to December 19th

United States
Canada Post Expedited Parcel: Prior to December 8th
Purolator Ground U.S.: Prior to December 11th
Canada Post Xpresspost: Prior to December 15th
Purolator Express® U.S.: Prior to December 19th

Others
Unfortunately, we can no longer guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is offered for orders that meet these conditions:

• Value of the invoice me be $125+ before taxes, shipping and all applicable fees.
• Value is based on regular priced items only. Discounted items or items paid with EXO Points are not added to this value.
• This promotion is valid for orders shipped within Canada only.
• This promotion is valid on the “Canada Post Expedited Parcel” service only.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Please note that orders paid by cash on delivery (COD) must be confirmed by phone. They will be automatically cancelled if they are not confirmed within 7 days.

Customers who have not claimed their orders will no longer be able to pay by COD in the future and that, without prior notice.

Business Hours

Please note that our opening hours will change on December 10th, 2012 for the holiday season. We will be open on week days until 9PM (Eastern Standard Time) for our in-store and online customers.

We’ll be returning to our regular schedule (exoshop.com/en/contact) on December 24th except for the following dates:

December 25th, 2012: CLOSED
December 26th, 2012: 1PM to 5:30PM
January 1st, 2013: CLOSED
